The Meili UELI® impresses as a highly maneuverable carrier vehicle with an outstanding payload capacity and versatile applications – from winter service to green space maintenance. Now even more sustainable thanks to full electrification. The high-voltage battery unit powering the electric drive was specially developed for the UELI® by ecovolta.

Whether navigating dense urban areas, sidewalks, or rough terrain – the UELI® tackles every challenge with confidence. With its compact width of just 1,150 mm and a tight turning radius of only 4.9 meters, it offers precise maneuverability even in the tightest spaces. Designed for heavy-duty tasks, it boasts a gross vehicle weight of 5,000 kg and a payload capacity of 2,650 kg.

To electrify the Meili UELI®, ecovolta developed a custom high-voltage battery solution. The electric drive itself was designed by Meili, while ecovolta provides the powerful and emission-free energy foundation – quiet, efficient, and high-performance.

ecovolta was responsible for the complete development of the high-voltage battery unit – from cell selection to full system integration.

  • Safety-compliant circuitry with integrated load protection
  • Integrated BMS precisely matched to cell chemistry and vehicle control

Perfectly Integrated – Down to the Last Detail
Commissioning was carried out in close collaboration with Meili’s vehicle development team. The battery system is fully integrated into the vehicle’s control architecture via CAN interfaces – including all critical safety parameters such as cell voltage, temperature, and state of charge.
